Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Talulah, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all boutique tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
